Obinna was born and raised in Nigeria. He completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy at Nnamdi University, Nigeria and later obtained his LL. B from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria.

Obinna has over 15 years of combined experience in banking & finance; project financing; client relationship management, Securities & Investment Advisory and Legal practice. He is also a licensed Mutual Funds Advisor, having obtained the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) and Canada Securities Course (CSC) certificates from the Canadian Securities Institute.

Obinna is vocal, approachable, charismatic, philosophical, analytic, and a devoted altruist, ready to face slings and arrows to stand up for the people and ideas that they believe in. This strength of conviction bolsters his innate leadership skills, particularly his ability to guide people to work together in service of the greater good.

Obinna has an uncanny ability to discern and dissect clients’ needs and proffers tailor-made solutions to their problems. His interpersonal and problem-solving skills, combined with his attitude of putting the clients first, and proving legendary client experience, have positioned him to substantially impact his clients.

Kene holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nigeria and a Barristers of Law Degree from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja Campus.Kene practiced law for 14 years at a national law firm in Nigeria before relocating to Canada, where he focused on corporate and commercial litigation involving projects and infrastructure developments, corporate finance, energy, criminal law, and election- related matters.

During his practice in Nigeria, Kene conducted trials and appeals at various Courts and tribunals including the Supreme Court of Nigeria. As a law student, Kene was an elected official of the University of Nigeria Students Legal Aid Council, providing Pro Bono services to indigent community members. As a lawyer, Kene was an active member of the NBA-SPIDEL (Section on Public Interest and Development Law of Nigeria Bar Association). Kene was also the pioneer secretary of LIFFE (Lawyers Interested in Free and Fair Elections) at its inception in 2009, a Non-Governmental Organization of Lawyers interested in credible and fair elections in Nigeria. Before joining Centobin, Kene articled at a prominent boutique law firm in Calgary, Alberta, where he was exposed to various areas of law including energy and regulatory compliance, construction law, insurance defence, personal injury claim, and medical negligence defence.

Daniel Ebegbodi is an internationally trained lawyer who combines a fine blend of core legal practice both private and commercial. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and two masters degrees from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Daniel has years of working experience in top financial institutions and law firms in Lagos Nigeria, where he advised several multinational corporations on large-scale development, investment, and commercial projects spanning across private, civil, and commercial litigation. He also worked as a law researcher with private and public institutions across Canada where he deepened his research skills.

Bukky is a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant with extensive experience providing comprehensive support to executives, managers, and teams in fast-paced office environments. She holds a Diploma in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic in Nigeria and a second Diploma in Administrative Information Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), Canada.

Following her studies, Bukky gained valuable experience working in a law firm, where she developed strong knowledge across various legal areas. Her solid foundation in administrative functions, combined with her legal exposure, sparked her interest in pursuing a career in the legal field.
