Obinna was born and raised in Nigeria. He completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy at Nnamdi University, Nigeria and later obtained his LL. B from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria.

Obinna has over 5 years of combined experience in banking & finance; project financing; client relationship management, Securities & Investment Advisory and Legal practice. He is also a licensed Mutual Funds Advisor, having obtained the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) and Canada Securities Course (CSC) certificates from the Canadian Securities Institute.

Obinna is vocal, approachable, charismatic, philosophical, analytic, and a devoted altruist, ready to face slings and arrows to stand up for the people and ideas that they believe in. This strength of conviction bolsters his innate leadership skills, particularly his ability to guide people to work together in service of the greater good.

Anthonia K.P. Mbaeri is a UK-trained lawyer, called to the bar in Canada and Nigeria, with years of experience helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most important challenges. With a strong background in Family Law, Criminal Law, Wills & Estates, and Immigration Law, she is committed to providing clear, compassionate, and effective legal support.

Alongside her legal expertise, Anthonia K.P. Mbaeri holds a first degree in Economics and has also a Medical background, giving her a unique perspective on the emotional, financial, and practical issues her clients face. As a trained family and commercial mediator, she works tirelessly to resolve disputes amicably and to help clients move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Sonia Panesar is an internationally trained law student with a background in immigration and refugee law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Governance from Toronto. She holds student-at-law status with the Law Society of Alberta and obtained her Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.

Sonia has experience in immigration and refugee law, assisting with refugee protection claims and appeals, Federal Court matters, humanitarian and compassionate applications, permanent residence and family sponsorship applications, and temporary resident permit applications. Her experience includes conducting legal research, drafting affidavits and submissions, preparing merit assessments, and working directly with clients on complex and sensitive legal matters.

Sonia brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to her work and is committed to providing practical and effective legal support. She looks forward to contributing to the firm while continuing to grow her knowledge and experience across diverse areas of law.

Bukky is a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant with extensive experience providing comprehensive support to executives, managers, and teams in fast-paced office environments. She holds a Diploma in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic in Nigeria and a second Diploma in Administrative Information Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), Canada.

Following her studies, Bukky gained valuable experience working in a law firm, where she developed strong knowledge across various legal areas. Her solid foundation in administrative functions, combined with her legal exposure, sparked her interest in pursuing a career in the legal field.
